Meet Mandy Farricker

Mandy Farricker is a thoughtful, strategic career coach and the founder of NextUp Careers, LLC, where she helps college graduates and young professionals discover—and confidently pursue—their career paths. After 20+ years in the corporate world, Mandy found her true passion: empowering others to land meaningful jobs through mentoring, resume writing, job search strategy, interview preparation, confidence building, and more.

Her coaching journey began organically—she was frequently invited to speak to interns and new hires during her corporate career. That spark evolved into a mission to support the next generation of professionals.

Prior to founding NextUp Careers, Mandy spent over 15 years as a top sales leader at Harvard Business School Publishing’s Corporate Learning division, where she partnered with Fortune 100 C-suite executives to develop high-impact leadership and training programs. She later brought her expertise to two early-stage companies, expanding executive relationships and helping solve complex business challenges through people and talent.

Mandy holds a BFA from Syracuse University and has earned numerous accolades throughout her career. But what she finds most fulfilling is hearing from clients who’ve been promoted, found confidence, or are simply thriving in their roles. She currently lives in Northern Florida with her three cats and frequently travels to Connecticut’s Shoreline and New York City’s Upper East Side.
